To apply for early registration, please complete registration by no later than　May 31, 2009.
Participants are asked to apply using the online registration.
Method of Payment:
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Auto Reply E-mail:
When completing registration, an Auto-Reply E-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
If no response has been made within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Confirmation:
Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Workshop materials.
Refund Policy:
Cancellation shall be possible only if the Registration Office receives written notification.

Cancellation made until May 31, 2009: Full refund less bank handling charges.
Cancellation made from June 1 - July 31, 2009: 50% refund less bank handling charges.
Cancellation made from August 1, 2009: No refunds offered.
