The ppt files consist of a lot of figures. 
 Most figures are created by two great doctors, Dr. Moyna Guillermo
 and Dr. Joseph P. Hornak. Furthermore, many figures are located in WWW
 and I used them without permission, so that if anyone assert your copyright, 
 please claim and contact me.

 Dr. Moyna Guillermo kindly permit me to use his figures on this WEB site.
 Dr. Joseph P. Hornak kindly allow me to use his great figures in
 the powerpoint files, but I could not get a permission to use 
 his great figures on this WEB site, so that this web site consists of snapshots. 
 One can enjoy his great gif animations on his WEB site.

 The Original powerpoint files, which you may get from this site 
 after contact me and include Dr. Hornak's animation gifs,
 can be used on your PC only not on any other WEB sites.
 If you want to get the ppt file, please contact me first.

 The fonts which used in my ppt files are NOT default fonts of Microsoft.
 Probably, you have to modify the character in my ppt files.
