At the National Defense Academy, we aim to foster an international perspective and cultivate forward-thinking qualities in future officer candidates. To achieve this, we annually send approximately 50 cadets (from the 3rd academic year) to officer academies in various countries. These overseas assignments are broadly categorized into long-term programs, lasting approximately 4 months, and short-term visits, typically lasting 1 week.
