Dean's Welcome

Dean's Welcome

Department of International Relations offers a systematic education program that comprises a variety of subjects relevant to the duties and functions of the Self-Defense Forces (SDF).
The program is based on three major disciplines – international politics/history, international law, and regional studies.  These disciplines have direct relevance to major roles and missions of the SDF such as self-defense, peace operations, and humanitarian assistance/disaster relief.  Our students will also be versed in crisis and risk management that has much to do with disaster management carried out by the SDF.  In-depth and systematic learning of these subjects help students develop their insight.
Department of International Relations welcomes cadets who expect to gain ground as real leaders of the SDF!
